Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that GIC Singapore Public Markets Team will be visiting the flagship real estate project site Birla Niyaara situated at Worli and will be meeting the representatives of Birla Estates Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company on Monday, 13th May, 2024, to discuss in detail about the ordinary course of business and about the industry.
